Moroccan Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut each head of cauliflower into 4 steaks lengthwise (through the stem) and arrange on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle cauliflower steaks with olive oil and use your hands to coat the full surface of each steak. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Pour the Moroccan Tagine Simmer Sauce into a bowl and liberally brush each side of each of the cauliflower steaks with the sauce.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven 15 minutes. Flip the steaks and roast another 10 to 15 minutes, until softened and golden-brown on each side.
  6. Serve cauliflower steaks with the remaining Moroccan Tagine sauce drizzled on top, alongside your entrée of choice.
