Called simply Bulgogi or “fire meat,” its fame spread along the length of the Silk Road to Japan and to China. Today we fire-grill tender sirloin, marinated in our authentic Bulgogi sauce, then serve it over a mixture of colorful veggies and hearty brown rice. It’s Bulgogi truly worthy of the ancients.
