BBQ Worthy of Korea’s Ancient Grill Masters
Ancient fables reveal that the Koreans were the first to marinate meat before they cooked it over an open fire. Called simply Bulgogi or “fire meat,” its fame spread along the length of the Silk Road to Japan and to China. Today we fire-grill tender sirloin, marinated in our authentic Bulgogi sauce, then serve it over a mixture of colorful veggies and hearty brown rice. It’s Bulgogi truly worthy of the ancients.
