Legend has it that Bibimbop was a royal dish prepared for nobles of the Shilla Kingdom. But its fame soon spread from Korea over the Silk Road. Today we proudly bring this “mixed-up rice” to your table. Our Bibimbop is a bold mixture of brown rice with colorful vegetables marinated in savory Gochujang sauce, topped with tender grilled sirloin strips. It’s a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors to please the noblest palates.
