Vindaloo, a spicy Portuguese-Indian curry dish dating back to the 16th century spice trade, has become a hearty mainstay of contemporary Indian Cuisine, celebrated in song and savored by fans before soccer matches in England. Ours is prepared with chef-selected and flavorful dark meat chicken, marinated with an exotic tamarind-infused sauce, cumin, hot Indian spices and yogurt, then slow simmered for hours until tender and tangy.
