Our traditional Lamb Saag is laboriously prepared by slow simmering our Chef-selected free roaming lamb with a blend of Indian spices, ginger and yogurt. A classic reflection of the Indian epicure and a timeless expression of taste. Served in a thick bed of highly nutritious, savory Saag.
