And our lamb stew reflects the amazing flavors that can only be found in this exotic melting pot. For hours, we carefully simmer tender cubes of our free roaming lamb with sweet potatoes, coriander, cumin, cinnamon and ginger until every drop is perfection. And served on our nutritious and delicious couscous, no drop is wasted.
