Like Venice in Italy, Thailand’s magical Bangkok is built on a wide network of canals. So it should be no surprise that the art of the noodle is equally prized in each. Our Vegetable Pad Thai is a delightful version of this national dish featuring authentic Thai rice noodles topped with organic firm tofu, carrots and scallions, in an exotic peanut sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Rice Noodles: Water, Noodles (Rice, Water). Sauce: Water, Raw Cane Sugar, Gluten Free Reduced Sodium Tamari (Water, Soybeans, Salt), Tomato Paste, Peanut Butter (Peanuts), Vinegar, and 2% or Less of: Vegetable Mirepoix (Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Carrots, Celery, Onions), Cayenne Pepper, Xanthan Gum.
