Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (with a Hint of Garlic)

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 2 roasted red peppers without the skins
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Pulse several times to begin mixing the ingredients.
  3. Puree until smooth and no lumps are visible.
